Disgraced 1123 Posted July 17, 2012 My son and I call this "bombing" the airfield. I did something like this yesterday. Sure, I usually sneak around and stuff, but sometimes, it's fun. After watching with binoculars for a bit, I shrug, lob a smoke grenade or two parallel to my intended path, and then run. From the south barracks, across to the six hangars, then to the firehouse. Then the control tower. Then I find a way to lose my zombie escort and check north barracks. Hasn't failed me yet, except I always get shit loot! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Hakultair 114 Posted July 17, 2012 My group has the worst communication you've ever seen. If we move during the night we loose sight of eachother within 10 meters of walking. Yesterday while raiding the airfield I was running with a chemlight out on me so ppl could actually follow and stay near. I have no clue how we made it in and out of there alive. meta87 25 Posted July 28, 2012 Looks like a group I seen and killed just Thursday.Hear gun fire to the SW of airfield, then see 1x player running up the middle of the Airfield to the ATC with 10x zeds on his back. Then start hearing multiple weapons firing.Shortly after 4 more players run out onto the field from my front right, and they all head into the ATC.After a minute they all go into the top of the ATC and a 6th player stands up from the rooftop of the Firehouse tower.I begin engaging with my M107 from 500-600m and kill 5 of the 6 before any of them were able to log (a matter of 15 seconds).
