How rare are NVGs?

Unfortunately it only takes one smacktard to find NVG's and dupe 20 of them, store them all in his super mega secure tent behind balota airfield. One hour later /EveryoneHasNVG

On maybe my third character I went to that place with the huge tower, some kind of army base I think, in there was a tent.

In this tent I looted the following

SVD CAMO + 10 clips of ammo

GPS

RANGE FINDER

NIGHTVISION

GHILLIE

3x cooked meat

I then ran to the NW airfield and got myself killed. I only now realise how much of a bloody jackpot I hit finding that guys stash :(

there was loads of other stuff in there too but I was panicking in fear of the owner of the tent appearing.... so i rushed abit.

Seems legit.

Back on topic, we have found only 1 pair on a heli-crashed site. Sigh.

We are 4 friends and we have played easily over 200hours each at least, farmed +30 crash sites, NW AF...

They seems indeed... very rare.

On the other side, we manage to find 3 GPS and no rangefinder.
