what to do when stuck?

yeah sooo, interesting problem

I am stuck on a stone overlooking a cliff, can't move at all apart from crouching and standing, anyone else had this problem and if so could they fix it? I am reasonably well geared and don't really want to lose my gear.

Hello there

This is fortunately a fairly rare happening and can happen when you get stuck between 2 hitboxes, I can usually get myself unstuck by proning and "climbing over", so do try that.

Also in future avoid climbing on the Rock meshes as they *can* be buggy.

atm there's no "relocate" or "stuck" function in game so I hope you make it out.

Alternatively get a mate to put you out of your misery, ask him/her to look after your stuff until you can reach him/her and collect your equipment.

i got stuck yesterday on a lake, no way out. i changed to different servers to find me on the beach again.

did a respawn and was event. back on the lake. then i could free myself again, but don't know how it worked.

as what i know it's still a bug of ArmA.
