Add Random supply paradrops from c130 airplanes with weapons, supplies or so

Hi Rocket,

I been thinking it would be awesome to have c130 airplanes dropping supplies to random locations on the map, think how cool would be to see a gigantic parashoot falling in the horizon and all of the survivors and bandits killing themselves for getting some swag from it!

But... trying to fit in the realism factor, as well as it being a post-apocalyptic situation, wouldn't:

a ) the plane rather pick up people to take them to safety instead of giving them supplies so they can kill each other for it or just last a few more days?

or

b ) the planes not exist at all since they don't fit into the atmosphere?
