As someone mentioned, Russian area, so on a serious note you should be finding lots of buckwheat items. Take a look at Russian MRE's sometime, they've got buckwheat everything.

Actually, nutritional problems from eating only one kind of food would be a great way to discourage people farming the spawns for beans.

A fishing rod would be a pretty cool rare spawn. It could be as rare as NVG's but spawns in residential loot areas instead of military. probably a crap ton of programming for something like that though.
