Unable to connect after latest beta patch 94945

Recommended Posts

As above.

Build 1723

Beta patch to 94945

Was online earlier on the 14/07/12, playing fine on 1723 servers, upgraded to 94945 beta patch.

Now I either get stuck at 'wait for host', or just get booted back to server list, with 'Battleye int. failed'

This includes servers that have upgraded to the 94945 beta.

Downgrade the beta to 94876 and see if you can get in.

This worked for me and I had the same problem as did a few others.

(its also bricked the singleplayer aspect too)

There is no offical single player aspect, so any 'bricking' would be to it not being supported or updated.

(some people might start a new scenario and see if that helps tho).

The betas *should* be backwardly compataible, and the error given is a Battleye one, so I'm fairly sure that a downgrade would work, I just can't be bothered to re-install everything that might be fixed in the morning..

If it's not I'll downgrade, for now just a heads up to anyone thinking about the new beta.. damn my eagerness....

You can't load the campaign or scenarios. That is the single player aspect that is bricked. They are supported, and they are updated.
