This.. this really needs fixed. A quiver would be slung across the back or hip, and one automaticly removed when you reload. Now, we empty a quiver, that is in a back back, into the backpack, and pull one at a time from there? Really? The point of quivers was to balance the backpack space use of bolts, against single shot, long reload times. All thrown out of the window it seems.

No you can't, because you would be trading off a misspelling of a trademarked name. If no money was involved in the tansaction of your product (the game), and your customer (the gamer), then you are not trading off the registered brand name. However, in SA, the company taking the money for the game, is making money, and using a trademarked logo/item etc. in doing so. A deliberate misspelling is no defence when it comes to trademarks or registered company names. Also, if a registered company or company owning a trademark does NOT defend its registered assets, then they become generic, and usable by all, so you will just get sued right up the ass unless you agree a deal with the owner of the trademark or company name. Best bet, is to release with no company names, brands or logos, but after launch, depending on sales, approach companies and see if they want to pay for billboards in towns or by roadsides that display their brand. That way, you don't need to pay them for the use of the brand, they can pay you for advertising. /edit for random spelling, and beans.

The ambient nosies make me jumpy enough in this game without another layer of confusion over the top; Besides, hearing distant gunshots and choppers is as good a soundtrack as I could wish for.

FLUSH your graphics memory people.. the game stores a lot localy, shutting down the client and relaunching it will do nothing, if you have issues, you need to flush your client data.. So do one of these things : Hold left shift and double tap - twice on the keypad, then release shift and quickly type 'flush' OR, change something like the memory setting in the video options, to something else, quit the game, relaunch the game, change back to your original settings, quit again. and relaunch the client..

1st log in with 1275, and I can't look at the horizon, without big ass triangles.. done a maual flush ( shift and double tap - twice on the keypad, then release shift and quickly type 'flush')... no glitches since Reset your gfx options to force a flush, or do a manual flush.. seems to have sorted it out for me anyway..

If you're the admin, and you have read the logs.. then why the fuck are you here? If you have proof that a client is scripting, just ban the guid..

'game logs that are easily read'.. have you actually tried to read any of the dayz server logs? Please, can some admin, post an excerpt of the current logs, removing guid's and positional data, and see if Mal thinks they are easily read? To spawn vehciles, you need to be either a scripter or an admin (and reset the server)... The admins won't be caught, because they are not running scripts in their clients.. Also, are you playing on private hives or the offical hive? The sooner this goes to stand alone, the better, to get rid of cretins.. And Malphos.. if I find you bleeding out.. I'll just watch you slip into a coma, and then set a fireplace on your rotting corpse, and cook some meat on it.. Maybe that would be too good a send off..

Except if it's the admins of the server... and the logs have to come from the admins.. I'm not suggesting that it is, and most of the script kiddes will get banned in the next BE wave (it's not insta-ban for cheaters, otherwise they would know what is and is not being detected), but if you're being harrased, then try and find a server that you trust. Join the clan forums and talk to the people running the server.. if you have problems, then get back to them, and give them enough details of the incident (time, conditions, weapons used etc etc), and that should give them a better angle to look in the logs..

Rare chance storries.. worked my way down from north of berez.. through indy spots looking for engine parts (found an ATV in need of an engine).. No parts about at all.. on my way back up, walked around the side of a building, and found a UAV, good to go, and loaded with medical supplies.. so stuff the ATV, and I booted it into the sunset with a nice 4x4.. Sadly, it was the admins vehicle (UK117 mofo police), and they quickly reset the server when they noticed it was gone, before I maanged to park it.. But, on the OP's kill... that was a righteous kill.. He alt-f4'd on death, which is why you didn't get a body.. but still a good kill..

Ahh, just digged out the post from joeyslucky22 They seem to have put survivor above heli hunter, for some reason... personaly, I'd have thought you'd be pretty adapt at surviving before you went heli hunting.. but.. meh...

As title.. Were they reset? New titles? Seen one with something about furry ravers? etc etc I quite liked my Heli Hunter.. but now I'm back to survivor... I has a sad.. :(
