Retail version of CO, 2 discs one for ARMAII and one for OA which updates itself to 1.6 when install finishes

1 after installing ARMAII do I update it with ARMAII 1.11 first? Or ignore that and move on to OA?

2 for making the path (expansion -no splash -mod=@dayz etc etc) it says to put that to the folder of where your OA is installed, but my retail version puts both ARMAII and OA in the same folder... Am I suppose to do something about that?

That's it, going to do it one last time, if it doesn't work... Well with enough sunlight you can actually cook things with discs...

Kiro- I have installed the game 7 times and 6 of those was with six, and the issues? Everything mentioned on the errors n fix topic, only that none of the fix works and even if I fixed one another one would just pop up and take it's place. Now it's to the point where I get instant kicked with no info at all. Yes I have done done the thing with Battleye but nope, nothing works

Don't worry, though. There are many steps to setting up DayZ, but if you find the proper guide, it's a breeze. I'd suggest a YouTube video (look up how to set up DayZ for retail, because many will show you how to do it for Steam) because you'll have a visual step-by-step guide.

Shuriken333- it is a rage comment but I used to be a scout and they do teach you how to cook food with discs...maybe they should implant that as a new way to make fire
