How much of both do you carry with you at all times, to stay totally safe with little risk for periods when you cannot find any? and how much is overkill?

I always carry 2 in hands and 2 in my bag, both of them.

I carry 1 of each in inventory and 1 of each in bag (total of 2 food, 2 drinks). 1 morphine in inventory, 3 in bag. TRUST ME, these things are even MORE important than them food and drinks! Imagine......... crawling for 5 hours into civilization only to get shot right next to the hospital.....

3 of each. If I find some more I'll eat it, regardless of my hunger/thirst levels. 5 Morphine, 3 Epi-pens, 3 Blood Bags.
