Can I play while downloading

I was just thinking if my download of arma 2 and the operation arrowhead is also like almost 50% can i play dayzmod, there might be a few bugs but i am able to do this, because I can not wait to play Day Z!

Yes you can, I've been playing while downloading Arma 2 on my 2400 dialup modem since 2009.

Hopefully it'll be done by next Christmas and I can truly p0wn at this game.
