Arma 2 + OA Demo possible?

Hey, I am wondering if it's possible to download the ARMA 2 FREE then download the Demo of OA.

If I do that, will I lose content which will do so I can't play the DayZ mod?

Would be lovely if that worked :).

There is a FREE version of Arma II out there as a TRIAL version and will NOT WORK for DayZ. Which I assume is what you are asking about.

I believe you can use the arma II free and the purchased OA to get it for only $20. You just have to set up the shortcuts differently and it should work. I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard it works.

You can play ArmA Free for free.

You can play DayZ for free if you buy Operation Arrowhead.

You can use Arma 2 free and buy operation arrowhead. I bought it for 12.49$ Totally worth it .

If you purchase just Arrowhead and use the Arma II free version, you can play DayZ, however there is quite a number of graphical overlay bugs and issues that will get in the way. However it is playable and you are more then welcome to do so.
