jetao2008@hotmail.com 175 Posted July 12, 2012 I use Six-updater and Six-launcher myself, but it's sad that sometimes it takes at least a day to detect a new Arma 2 Beta Patch version and make the download, forcing us to manually install the Beta Patch or to wait until it's detected.Not to mention the pings on the servers that sometimes seems pretty screwed up. Hendrix (DayZ) 14 Posted July 13, 2012 Six launcher all day every day .....haters gonna hate....some of us weren't born speaking binary code and we have little desire or acuman for tooling around in our file folder adjusting information that could potentially break the game or blue screen our PC and working harder is not necessarily smarter....with launcher you can see your pings and server caps easily and I have had zero performance issues...perhaps the supposed vitriol the community has for it was based on some earlier build but for me it works just fine.... Knowing the language of programming or how to manually do something on a computer is becoming overrated. It isnt the future. Automation is the future.So your anger is unjust and behind the times.
