Let us choose our spawn point.

Please, save everyone a whole lot of time, and the DayZ server a whole lot of trouble creating tons of new characters non stop. Let us choose our spawn point from a list of possible locations upon character creation, just like you choose your sex.

I am sure this will make a whole lot of people much happier.

At the very least let us choose from 5 random locations.

They won't to it probably. Since I could spawn near the position where you shot me and get you before you have the time to take my loot and escape. Then you'd do the same and so on lol. In general it would make more problems then it would help. Imagine 10 guys choosing to spawn at the same time at the same spot. Now if some of them are bandits.. I guess you'll figure.

It's not too hard to die anyway though, unless your far north. Well, there's always the airfield ;)

Whats the fun in choosing my spawn? I would just always spawn near stary or NWA. Same as everyone else. It wouldn't work do to the fact that everyone would exploit it.

1) respawn button is gonna e deleted, repeated respawning will take time now

2) if you could choose your spawnpoint, its far too easy and safe to group up

Better if there are at least 4 spawn points covering areas on the map so that you spawn on the closest spawn point.

Yeah, this sucks.

While I get why this is being done, I don't see why we couldn't have our choice to spawn at a location as long as it's on the southern coast or half way up the eastern coast. Personally, I never like spawning on the southern coast at all and almost always am happy when I end up on the east coast.

guy 2 gets killed by guy 1

i dont see why we should be able to choose where to spawn, you cant choose where to be stranded
