Medical Emergency in DayZ

My friend Spam saved my life last night. Broken leg and passed out, being lunch for zombies, he carried me from Balota airfield to the hospital in Cherno. Good friends are a lucky thing to have. Also.. thank you to the survivors that were shooting at us for taking some pity and letting us live.

He was able to drag me when I was passed out. I said, see if he could fireman carry me and it let him, even though I woke up. I think because he was still carrying me in some fashion when I was passed out. The animation does need some work but the wheelbarrow look definitely gave us lots of giggles.

It was not as fast as running, but definitely faster than me crawling to Cherno by myself. I think we looked so ridiculous that people took pity on us and didn't kill us. Plus I was making siren sounds over direct chat and pleading for our lives. >.<

I was conscious for that whole part of the video. He didn't set me down from the dragging, so not sure if he could do it straight from being conscious but down with a broken leg. Next time I break my leg and am around someone, I will find out. I am sure a bear trap will give me this opportunity, knowing my luck. :D

I don't believe you can carry people if their legs are simply broken. They have to be passed out.
