Yeah, whether or not your computer is crap makes no difference to your ping... its all about your connection...

I live in Seoul and Dayz Commander regularly tells me my ping is between 5-10. I get some US servers at around 130.

Try UK8, I generally get 7, 9 or 14ms.

I get 2ms on Bad Neighbor server. It's probably located on Paris.
