Will I get banned for using a hackers weapon?

I was strolling around and I stumbled upon a Apache, I know that this was hacked into the game, but I also found a L85A2 SUSAT (Not the L85A2 ASW) and my question was if I could get banned for using it?

You sure it wasn't a blackhawk? If so, that's not hacked, it's a heli crash site.

The crashed helis are military Hueys, not Blackhawks. Blackhawks are hacked too.

Any weapon that is not in DayZ can get you banned if you have it in your inventory.

No it was a completely repaired Apache and it had a L85 SUSAT (the L85 ASW is the gun that is in the game).
