Yesterday me and another guy opened fire on someone at NWA and same thing, they just jammed that shut down button. Real shame, but If you cant kill them in 1 shot, they'd rather take the death on logging back in than give you the satisfaction of a kill.

10 or 20 Seconds of idle if you want to disconnect would be nice. just like in many mmorpg´s ;)

I can only think of pros when implementing a 30 sec idle. No cons involved.
