Freekill0 15 Posted July 7, 2012 Just joined a server that was called [Tag Clan] yada yada, it wasn't a passworded server and was open to the public. What absolutely set me off was the amount of abuse that was going on by the admins. The "rules" of the server was: "resepect all [tag] clan members" totally fine, understandable as it is your server. "killing any [tag] clanmember will result in a ban" oh that's nice. That is how all servers should be run right? Don't you find that just a bit wrong? A bit left field? Killing someone of a certain clan will result in a ban from the server... that ruins half the aspect of having a clan.Tl;Dr - [TAG] server will ban you for killing anyone in their clan Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Freekill0 15 Posted July 7, 2012 Exactly, running a server is not only a huge service to the community but a privilege with responsibilities. They are trying to run a friendly only server, which may not be necessarily against the rules but it is removing half the game, which cannot be done and will never be done effectively. Furthermore with rules like that I wouldn't be surprised if they abused that rules by killing others, seeing as they are all high and mighty. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Are they enforcing the rule "do not kill our clan members" only?I bet that:1. they only play in this server2. it is regular with nametags3. they stored all known vehicles in the serverSounds like, based only in the enforced rule, that their server should be blacklisted.
