In my opinion, devs should make it so that you cannot cut the human bodies and the animals with some types of knives such as bone knife steak knife, kitchen knife etc... or at least make the animation longer, 5 or more minutes, and for machete, kukri, combat knive, hunting knife, 2-3 minutes or something like that. Cutting a body shouldn't be a norm and an easy way to get additional stone knives and cooking tools. Seeing piles of human stakes, makes a gameplay a bit to mach unimmersive, at least for me. nemorus 261 Posted October 20 Most people would abhor the very idea of making certain 'standard' actions longer than 'necessary'. They call it artificial prolonging of gameplay. I can totally accept your suggestion because its sensible but not on vanilla. Its good for hardcore servers only. People look for fast and furious plays and don't want to waste their time on timers, especially since a lot of people are bind by clock. Blade degrading pool is kinda enough for casual setting. etwas 139 Posted October 20 holding LMB for 5 minutes straight? thats insane! but i would like to see some balancing on the action wheels. wringing out clothes seems to be the MOST time consuming thing (in regards of holding LMB). skinning dead players/animals shouldnt be quicker than that wringing animation.
