And I'm pretty sure that it's not hacked, since I have seen it alot since I started playing — both on dead bandits and on pictures. And regardless of whether a weapon is hacked or not, I don't think that you can get banned for picking it up and using it.infact you actually can get banned for using a hacked weapon, even if it wasnt you the hacked it in. its all over the banned user topics. if you wanna keep going with this game your gunna have to double check these things.
