the humvee has a little opening in the ceiling, would it be possible for a player to pop up there? and obviously add the possibility of shooting from there, or it would have no sense to go up there

Vehicles don’t work well in this game. They probably need to do a lot of work to add any function like this. I don’t even bother getting in vehicles. You have no way to defend yourself.
