  • Shock damage of blunt weapons will now partially be translated into health damage when fighting infected and animals
  • Bandaging is now a continuous action when treating multiple cuts
  • Removed outdated server browser filters

  • Simplified collisions of trees for better behavior with vehicles and reduced performance impact from penetrating shots
  • Gave basic chemical protection to the OKZK cap

  • Added: PlayerSpawnEditor now has (?) next to values to tell you more about them
  • Added: It is now possible to have player spawn points not generate a grid and stay a singular spawn point by setting density to 0
  • Added: Player spawn point editor now saves which subwindows are hidden and what checkboxes were ticked
  • Added: Player spawn point editor now has options for the debug shapes being drawn
  • Added: Player Spawn Points can now avoid triggers
  • Added: <groups_as_regular> was using its default value, but was not defined in playerspawnpoints.xml (Documentation)
  • Fixed: PlayerSpawnEditor duplicating group points into regular points when saving with <groups_as_regular>true</groups_as_regular>
  • Fixed: Servers with verifySignatures=0 should no longer disconnect players in the queue due to validation errors (https://feedback.bistudio.com/T175275)

  • Dead players are only deleted on server restart, which can result in performance issues especially on modififed PVP servers

Will this hotfix address the issue with community servers being unable to hard wipe? Is this a nitrado issue or a BI issue? Will anyone address this issue at all? If this is a nitrado issue only why are we continuing to be made to use a sub-standard service provider?

Hi, we should have more info from Nitrado next week (wipe feature).

Not exactly. Sound of hammering is missing while building anything (fences, floors etc). Instead of knocking there's some "whoosh" sound. Also, if I remember correctly, possibility to duck under fences while running (eg NWAF concrete fences) was removed, but you can do it again.

It's actually -1 that disables it.

Where do we find the Player Spawn Editor????? Is it a tool? This sounds like it's a tool.

Is someone here that believes that game has a huge potential?

We have 2024 and the graphics are shit(sorry for that)

Player animations, animal animations, and infected animations all are really bad 

I mean the work already done to this game is amazing, it's an amazing survival game but it really needs so much more improvement 

Maybe more animals variety, better animations more survival, and not just pvp 

Yes I agree the pvp of this game is good but it's a survival game it needs to be more survival 

Does someone agree with me?

This game on consoles is like playing demo version. Without mods players can only wait for the next patch and keep their fingers crossed. PC version on the other hand evolves mostly because of modders and private initiative. The studio is just stalling for time currently. All it does is keeping the game alive and abuse their lack of real competition.

Maybe in the future, through different title, engine and with crossplay enabled it would be a worthwhile thing to talk about potential - now, let's not waste time.

Is there a graphic improvement update coming up ? Cuz I know that all ppl have different graphics like a friend of mine plays on the same Xbox with a normal TV and he has a much better picture than me with a gaming monitor ??

it would be really cool if we had more maps on console !!

also is there a way to add some things to the game it would be dope if you could do a pike jump for more possibilities

 

i love this game and have over 500+hrs

please work on that game on console it’s still one of the best games on console 

 

and even on the bases raiding its to easy and you’re spending a lot of time init

make it harder to raid ppl !!

How come they won’t fix the collision glitch there certain items that haven’t been fixed on the map the paper and town map sinks under the map and on top of the that you can’t build a gate on certain parts of the map I reported this issue and it hasn’t been fixed or looked at …!I reported this numerous of times on day z feedback tracker

I can't see a graphics update coming @Pralinhoit would be too much work and the old gen wouldn't be able to handle it. I doubt there will be much change in the visual department of dayz.

@slykeith3 theres plenty of un answered feedback reports but they can't do everything the customer wants.

If they give us everything we want then it steps away from the original dayz vision that the devs had for the standalone.

As console players we have to accept that modding just isn't going to happen. We don't have a community to download mods from. Like fallout 4 has Nexus. Dayz on PC has Steam. It wouldn't be an easy process to convert steam to console to let is use that platform. So unless bohemia come up with their own platform interface that we can upload mods to then I just can't see it happening.
