I love stumbling across those and getting some cool loot surprisingly.

It really spices up the game and i really enjoy the distribution of high tier loot across the whole map if you are lucky.

I agree.  In the same vein, I'd gladly like to see bears and wolves wandering towns in Tier3 towns.  More spawns there seems authentic.

I don't think those animals would go there because of the many zombies.
