how do i increase gasoline consumption to vehicles because i drive the whole map and the gasoline doesn't run out

Drive over a bunch of rocks.  That'll put some leaks in your fuel system.

320km of road in Chernarus, average car will get double that distance off a full tank. So i'd say it's realistic. Indeed much more so than than needing a full three course meal just to jog 3k to the next town without starving to death ;)
