I need help with an error code, i cant solve it!

So when i launch Dayz and i go to join into a server (official or modded)....every time i get this error code (0x00040031).... i CANT find the solution of this problem...can someone help me please? I have already installed the game 2 times and nothing happened

A solution that works about 8/10 times for me when I get this error :

I use the DZSA launcher, launch the game via the launcher, if you get the error close the game and the launcher, let steam cloud upload finish, open the launcher again and launch the game from it.
