Gas Grenades

We do have gas in the game now afterall.

Locking yourself in a building is such a crutch, especially in third-person servers, that gas grenades would really get things moving again.

Frags are alright, but sometimes the lockpick connoisseur needs a little more persuasion.

I saw that gas grenade code have been added in the 1.15 but not activated.
Maybe dev will make it works at some point.
