Why i got banned?

i got a virus and then i saw a few hours later some folders that i had i deleted them and then i wanted to start the game but i got banned i would be happy if can get unbanned cause DayZ is My favourite game

You got banned because you deleted folders?  Who banned you? Did you try reinstalling, verifying, or validating the files again?

If it is a legitimate ban because of behavior, then there isn't anything that the staff or the company can do.   You're going to have to contact BattleEye or Steam, depending on the details, which are lacking.
