Toxic Zones shouldn't kill you so quickly.

I feel like how toxic zones currently implemented in experimental are a little too deadly. Toxicity should be based on exposure, kind of like real life. The more exposure the more sick you get. Barely touching the gas cloud shouldn't result in a swift death. You should be able to kind of stay on the edge and maybe start to cough, which at that point you can leave and recover. But the more exposure you have the more symptoms you get and the severity increases. Another good idea combine this with permanent effects that disable the character. Eating human meat is a permanent effect on the player, so I think that the amount of exposure to the toxic zone should be a permanent effect that results in blurred vision or shaky hands. Increase in fatigue, and maybe nausea and vomiting. Too much exposure will eventually result in death, but this should be a process that takes longer than 2 minutes, more like 30 minutes.

NBC clothing (hood/jacket/pants/shoe bags) should be worn over existing clothing too, as an attachment... should not be a container in and of themselves

Love this idea.

Should be the same for coats and jumpers too.  Allow players to equip a shirt, jumper and coat while maybe tweaking the slots a bit.

People would just run into toxic zone, grab the guns, dump them in a bush, respawn and collect them. 

The gas needs to be deadly.

Hell no. Toxic zones must have some risk to them. No additional clothing - it's not a place meant for loot hoarding. Besides! We don't know what kind of gas that is - it does not kill animals or infected.

Of course it kills infected. That is why new infected in NBC magicaly spawn in.

They don't spawn NBC infected anymore.
The only place that spawns NBC infected might be the static zones, that's it.

Although, medical places and such CAN occasionally spawn NBC infected, but that's with and WITHOUT the dynamic zone.
