Water bottle rain catching

Recommended Posts

I think it’d be cool if like with the barrels if you were to place a water bottle outside in the rain it’d fill with some rainwater.

I think of you were able to craft some sort of funnel to catch the water, otherwise it would take a looong time to fill

Can we at least have bloody hands become not bloody after like maybe 5-10 minutes in the rain with no gloves?

You could use the Tarp or raincoat to make a improv funnel for this,
Or the tarp and some sticks to make an improvised water catcher and then add a bottle to catch water in the rain.

You used to be able to do this in the old days (using a bottle in the rain caught a small amount).

I think it could be a good use for a tarp. Maybe if you mix it with a barrel, you collect CLEAN water

Yep. There should be gameplay benefits to rainstorms such as clean hands and not dying of thirst in the middle of one!
