New update: Back to dying fast again.

Well, I jumped in after the latest update. Expecting a fresh spawn. No problem. I enjoy starting from scratch. Unfortunately, I'm back to dying in a matter of minutes after my initial spawn. It's ridiculous. I eat whatever my character spawns with. Five minutes later, my "food/apple" icon is bright yellow. I mean.....What??? A minute later, my Health icon is yellow. I've barely gone anywhere. Plus, most times I spawn in the middle of nowhere with no idea of which direction to go.

Why does every update break something. Supposed fixes are replaced with broken mechanics and shortened lifespans. What the hell? Do I have to wait for another update? Why does this game get worse over time. I've been playing DayZ since its early days. 

I'm about to give up. I've never seen a game go through so many inconsistent iterations.
