Blown motor?

So I was travelling along the road to Tri Kresta an a brand new Gunter 2 when suddenly BOOM. Car spun to the left and I was almost knocked out. Got out of the car, it's stopped by a guardrail. Every single component is in pristine condition - except the motor, ruined. And then I was suddenly kicked from the Server (Xbox official). Logged straight back in.

What the heck happened? A blown motor? Is that a thing, and why? Didn't hit anything, radiator and fuel all topped up. Only 2 other players online at the time so unlikely I was shot (and not shot at afterwards).

Did you shift gears? 

Suddenly to the left sounds more like a tire issue. Or you hit some weird hitbox

Thats what happened to me. How can I make the car respawn?

We used to be able to burn the car with matches and it would respawn somewhere in the map
