Please help me!!! I have a huge problem with Day-z !!!

Hi everyone, I'm a Steam user. At Christmas I bought Day-z, the basic version from 39.99 euros. I would like to ask all of you if it is possible that I spend 40 euros on a wrong game !! Then it is clear that I am not an expert in question, but if I buy a game that must go !!! And if it doesn't work, it must be written somewhere why! The only thing left for me is to ask in all the fucking forums! So, I bought the base version of Day-z on Steam on 12/25/2020, okay? STILL HAVE NOT YET BE ABLE TO JOIN A SERVER !!! I know I know very little, but to the point of not being able to join a server it seems exaggerated. So, I don't use MOD or DLC. I am fully confident that I will attempt to join purely Vanilla servers. I have a very good connection, on all games I have a very low ping (19 usually). I can bookmark the servers, I can access the survivor screen, but when I choose the server and hit PLAY, nothing happens! I don't really know what to do, please kindly someone who can solve and help me! I don't know who to write to! I also made a Youtube video of an error he gives me. Use the LAN cable to communicate, it will save you from Taimout problems.

@sanzo24 I watched your video and in it, you are trying to connect to one of the Netherlands official servers.  May I ask what country you live in?

Also, I suggest you try what's called a trace route to see how many hops it takes your internet connection to reach one of these servers and if there are any hops along the way with a high ping because even one such hop can cause this error.

To do a trace route, first find the IP address for the server you are trying to connect to, then open a command prompt on your computer and type: tracert {IP} replacing the {IP} with the IP address.  This will show you the route being taken to get to the server.
