Where can I find public server rules?

Is boosting over a base wall legal?  I see bases with gaps above the gate and I would like to try getting into them.

also is there some simple way to reload a weapon in a firefight?  I use xbox.

There aren’t any, except duplicating stuff which leads to breaking the loot economy. Do what ever you want.

Why is that a problem?  Eventually people will learn to build bases where this isn’t a concern.  It will happen once and then the base builder will take precautions so that it doesn’t happen again.

There are no admins for the official servers so they have no rules because there's no one to enforce them.
