Is climbing into bases on objects fixed yet?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys

I've heard some different opinions, so I thought I would ask here. In the past my base and watchtowers have been climbed into by people using car hoods or even stacked fireplaces to "climb" the 3 stories and crawl in under the roof of the watchtower. Is that still possible or is it fixed? Don't want to spend time building any real base if these exploits are still around.

The devs in the past have said, you  can never build a base that can not be breached by other players. at least that is what they intended, but who knows these  days.

But did they intent me to build 5 fireplaces and hang them from the air to climb 3 stories up?

The stacking of items has been addressed.  You were once able to climb on top of rooftops by stacking fireplaces in a certain manner.   That exploit was dealt with. If another appears, report it!  I think you will find that base-building is in a better place now.  Good luck!
