Will the game be more compatible with the higher performance in the new consoles(retorical)..and will it be able to handle more complicated game content

Yes and no, in terms it's kind of like the Xbox One X being able to handle the game better. But really it handles it almost the exact same with faster load times and render times. Still get kicked, still get freezes, still get all the nice DayZ bugs. It's the programming that is screwing the game up.

Internet connection can help. No dsl. But the game will improve.
