Bleeding for no reason.

Recommended Posts

I find myself walking along and I suddenly notice I am bleeding. No, I haven't been attacked. So, I apply a bandage and stop the bleeding. A few minutes later, I look down and again I'm bleeding again. Yet, I have had no contact with any zeds or players. Or anything. So...what's going on??

Yep first thing I would do is change my shoes or boots and see if it still happens

Ahh. Ok, thanks.

Sometimes you can hear your character make subtle, uncomfortable noises.

I always carry an extra pair of shoes with me at all times unless I have a vehicle (then I just put them in the trunk).  .....or a roll of duct tape but you need to keep an eye on the condition of them before they are ruined and unable to be repaired.

Yup, your boots are ruined. I always carry a pair of lightweight shoes in my pack, i.e. trail shoes, to use until I can find some good boots. Always a good idea to periodically check the status of your shoes, blouse, pants, and pack.
