Livonia loot tier map?

Has someone made one yet or is it to early? I know that the military loot gets "better" the further south you get.. But where does the "Tisy high loot" start? Is Swarog Livonias "Tisy military base"?

prepare for laugh. Search for ruing at East (bottom) of map.

This be what you're looking for. Note that the loot tables are a bit wonky... further south you go, the more you'll find military hardware in the strangest places. Found TONS of plate carrier vests in industrial shacks in the purple zone.
