dexic 5 Posted November 10, 2019 Hello, I have used those waterproof bags and backpacks to stash items in them. I did not bury them. How long do they stay, where I have put them? etaab 70 Posted November 12, 2019 They will despawn after a set amount of time, usually a few hours. Or following server restarts. The exact amount of time isn't published as far as I know. ALWAYS bury your drybag stashes, that's the only way of keeping them permanently. Either that or place them in barrels, sea chests or wooden storage boxes. I ran into a dude building a base up North and after we talked and bartered, I told him one thing I was on the lookout for was a drybag bp (before I knew how easy they are to find along the coast). So I checked back with him two weeks later, and outside his base was a red, empty drybag!! I have no idea how long it was sitting there for, but it makes me wonder...
