Can someone for the love of God tell me how to get server restart messages working please!

In private servers? In public servers it is an option in game settings, but I'm assuming you have tried that?

So on a low pop server shutdown message yes do work, I have multiple servers, on 24/7 high pop server for some reason it just dont work, I cant convince you anyhow, I had my server message working before official fix was posted in Social Media so yes I know the right code
