Achievements not unlocking

I've contacted Microsoft about this, went through ALL troubleshooting with them. After no success, they suggested I contact the developer....which to be honest, I have a feeling won't be much help. Anyway, is there a fix for this? Has anybody else had this issue and if so, if you fixed it, please share how. Thanks

Are no achievements at all unlocking for you, or is it a specific one that's not working?
