So how long has it been since ordering your server for it to go live?

Still waiting for mine to activate... been nearly 1 week.

Not trying to nitpick but the wording on the first one is misleading imo.

How long after "1.04 released" was your server available? 

In my case it was available maybe 5 hours after 1.04 released.

100 player server.

Preordered the previous Saturday.(5 days before update)

No, not after 1.04 release, after you ordered it. If it was ordered before 1.04 release that timing is also relevant.

So your answer to 1 should be 6 Dayz.

Was playing on day 1 of 1.04.

However long that was. What? A week maybe.
