The houses and furniture in them are all the same. I want a variety!

I understand that this is not a priority. But the same houses in which the same furniture is boring! It would be nice if the furniture would be placed in different versions. Or it's great to have different colors of the same houses! Is texture color easy to change? Is it difficult to move furniture?
