Sneak up on a zombie or player, attacking from behind and be able to kill them in one hit. Zombies for sure, if you could sneak up, stab them in the head or something...

Ah gotcha. Tbh, infected seem a little easier to deal with since the update. I've taken an infected out with one hit to the back of the head with an axe. Not sure if that was luck or whether axes are more effective now.
