How can I carry two rifles or rifle+hatchet?

I always been wondering how to carry a rifle and a hatchet without drop the rifle.

Me and Siickest is playing togeather still only one will be able to carry a rifle because the other one need's to carry hatchet for wood or smilar.

Do I need more space in bag or what?

You have two options...

You can carry the hatchet on your belt. But then you can't use it as a weapon, only collect wood etc. (Select hatchet and attach to tool-belt, or similar wording.

Or you can put either rifle or hatchet in a backpack.. it takes 10 slots. So you need a big backpack.

there really isn't a good way to do it. I ecounter this dilemma too. I like the hatchet's stealthy kills but then i cant carry the rifle. Maybe the hatchet should be a sidearm

Well you could always drop the rifle when you need the hatchet and pick it up afterwards. I do this when I have time to plan ahead. For harvesting wood you dont need the hatchet equipped. Just right click on it next to a tree and select harvest wood.

its like with all weapons, u cant only wear one of them in the same time ... if u want so switch them, u need to place one on the ground or in your backpack for 10+1x per mag ... and u need to be carefully with switching, because your backpack is always hungry ... good thing for your hatchet is, u can carry it on the toolbelt by right-click on it and click on "add toolbelt" as long as u dotn need it as a weapon
