downgrade graphic ?

have lowered the graphics? it was so long since I could not meter the graphics to the max. now that I have the new pc I put it back but I noticed that when it rains now it sucks. looks like a game 10 years ago. I remember as soon as they had changed the rain when there was heavy rain they could also see the drops bouncing. now instead it always seems rain with little intensity and ugly to see

Rain storms were removed due to some sync instability I think. Wish to see them back though. Will they come back, BI?

Find a community server to play on -- many have varying types of weather, including some that rain a lot.
