9 x 39 Rounds

I seem to find an awful large number of 9 x 39 Rounds, for a gun that Ive only seen once (a friend has one) and there are only what 4 in the game?  And I am finding them in tier 1 and 2 locations.

The reason you see a lot of that ammo is that people are frequently leaving it behind due to the rarity of the gun. Few people with the gun is fewer people stockpiling ammo for that gun, and the way the loot economy works that also makes more of that ammo spawn (less in circulation).
