so the hotfix for frame rate which has done nothing but make frames worse, make it so items cant be picked up and alot more lag was pushed out by accident..... Really? Even though we didn't get 1.03 because of the certification console updates have to go through, yet an update apparently gets through by accident just like that, I call bullshit.

hotfix is a patch which is for one specific thing, or a few things, a patch technically is exactly that, although a patch can add features, they have the same verification process whether you wanna call it a hotfix or patch
