Passing through Balota, I was starting to get thirsty so I figured I'd check out the water pump.   I need to improve my stealth skills......

Nice!  - is this the Dead by Dawn server?  I've found it stressful reaching any water pump, on that server.

One night coming back East from Novo, went up for water in Turovo (nice quiet little town with a well). Pitch dark, with a hand torch, by stealth, and I fought with a hand axe only - Before I reached the water I got ripped to shreds, clothes damaged, pants ruined, killed attackers, ran through houses, more one to ones, fought in the woods, stumbled & slid down the cliff rocks to the railway - got jumped by another zomb waiting ON the rail track - got him in time to bandage with blood at zero. Water, food,  all yellow. Walked out of there groaning aloud.
(and no pants)
I wouldn't try a gunshot in that 'sleepy old village'.

That it is.  That's the Hardcore challenge is laid out that I want someone to post a video of.
