I know it shouldnt be like that but i can give u a tip how to avoid the falling on long ladders. TIP:  stop for 1sec after 5 stairs. That avoids ur Charakter glitching away from the ladder. Just climb 5 stairs, wait a second, climb 5 stairs, wait a second ect an u good
