anything I should know about what happening to servers?

I go to log into a high pop server and my connection will be timed out and lost connection. I go to low pop and I can occasionally get in. Is there a reason why this is happening?  Does it have to do with the xbox live servers going down or being maintained or something or Is the dayz servers being worked on?   Just curious

This and if you have anyone else in your house doing netflix or youtube etc.

I've got cell or satellite internet here and it was brutal staying connected on the original cell modem, we complained and they upgraded our 10 year old modem and it was night and day better.
